Noble To Issue Senior Notes
HONG KONG - Mar 2/05 - SNS -- Noble Group Limited plans to make a global offering of $500 million of US denominated senior notes due 2015.
Noble intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to restructure its debt profile by lengthening its debt maturity and fund general corporate purposes.
The Notes to be offered will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements under the U.S. Securities Act.
