Feed Peas Steady Against Stronger Meal
VANCOUVER - Feb 11/05 - SNS -- There were few changes in international feed pea markets during the past week and little trading reported, despite stronger soybean meal markets.
High ocean freight rates continue to make it hard for exporters to attract new demand. This is a problem in Europe. Once compound feed manufacturers remove imported peas from their rations, it is more difficult to get them to return as buyers.
