ADM Management ShuffleNEW YORK - Feb 8/05 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) made several changes in its management team. William H. Camp has been elected Executive Vice President with responsibility for global processing. He previously served as Senior Vice President-Oilseeds Processing, Cocoa and Milling. John D. Rice has been elected Executive Vice President with responsibility for global marketing and risk management. He previously served as Senior Vice President-Global BioProducts and Food. Camp and Rice will jointly share responsibility for managing the Company’s operating divisions and subsidiaries. They will report to Paul B. Mulhollem, President and Chief Operating Officer of ADM. Edward A. Harjehausen has been elected Senior Vice President with responsibility for Food and Feed Ingredients. Jankees van der Wild has been elected Group Vice President with responsibility for the global oilseed businesses. Mark A. Bemis has been elected Vice President. He will continue his responsibility for the global cocoa business as President-ADM Cocoa. Randy Moon has been elected Vice President-Human Resources. He was previously Vice President-Compensation and Benefits.
