Tyson Declares Dividend
NEW YORK - Feb 8/05 - SNS -- Tyson Foods, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share on Class A common stock and $.036 per share on Class B common stock.
The dividends are payable on June 15, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2005.
