Korea Imposes Emergency Duties
WASHINGTON - Feb 8/05 - SNS -- South Korea is imposing emergency import duties on 44 agricultural products, including mung beans, red beans, soybeans, and buckwheat to "prevent surges in imports from hurting local industries."
The revisions took effect January 1 and last until December 31, according to a summary report from the U.S. agricultural attache for the country.
