Tenders Help Food Grade Peas
VANCOUVER - Feb 4/05 - SNS -- North American field pea markets ended the week mostly unchanged against slow and steady export demand for Canadian product.
Markets in the United States were bolstered by an end of week tender by the USDA for 1,070 metric tons (MT) of yellow split peas, which were not purchased on the previous tender.
