ADM Declares Dividend
NEW YORK - Feb 3/05 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company declared a cash dividend of eight and one-half cents a share on the Company's stock payable March 10, 2005 to Shareholders of record February 17, 2005.
This is an increase of one cent a share. As of December 31, 2004 there were 655,557,660 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
