Low Indian Demand for Myanmar's PulsesBANGKOK - Jan 31/045 - SNS -- Poor Indian demand for pulses from Burma or Myanmar contributed a low level of export activity in November and allowed China to emerge as the most important buyer of pulses -- the first time in many months that India did not dominate the country's pulse trade. Edible bean and other pulse exports rose from month earlier and year levels in November, totalling 45,107 metric tons (MT) to all destinations. This is up 23% from last year and up 32% from October.
