Australian Wine Grape Output to RiseSYDNEY - Jan 24/05 - SNS -- Australian wine grape output is expected to increase 5% to 1.93 million metric tons (MT) over the two years to 2006-07, according to a new report Australian Wine Grape Production: Projections to 2006-07. "Premium white wine grape and premium red wine grape production are both projected to rise over the period to 2006-07," said Dr Brian Fisher, Executive Director, ABARE. Premium white wine grape production is projected to increase by 10% to 724,000 MT between 2004-05 and 2006-07.
