Mixed Performance by Field Peas
VANCOUVER - Jan 21/05 - SNS -- Field pea markets registered a mixed performance against normal demand for this time of year.
Markets in the United States were mostly unchanged, helped by the latest USDA PL-480 food aid tender. Government buyers are seeking offers of 1,240 metric tons (MT) of whole and split green peas and 6,350 MT of whole and split yellow peas for shipment in March.
