Canadian and U.S. Lentils Diverge
VANCOUVER - Jan 21/05 - SNS -- North American lentils markets finished the week mixed, with Canadian and U.S. lentils diverging on the basis of U.S. government food aid demand.
The USDA issued a PL-480 food aid tender during the week, requesting offers of 13,370 metric tons (MT) of U.S. lentils for shipment in March.
