Lentils Finish on Quiet NoteVANCOUVER - Dec 31/04 - SNS -- North American lentil markets ended the year on a quiet note, with few buyers active during the week and most growers waiting until the new year to make additional sales. Many growers in Saskatchewan will wait until the Western Canadian Crop Production Show in Saskatoon between January 10 and 14 to move additional crop. They will be looking to see what processors in the province are bidding on current crop and what they are offering for new crop production contracts.
