USDA Releases New GNB LinesWASHINGTON - Dec 23/04 - SNS -- The USDA is making germplasm available to breeders from six new lines of the Great Northern dry bean -- the first lines to have four resistance genes to a key rust pathogen. The lines were released by the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), the Michigan Agricultural Experiment Station and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
