Roig Named ADM VP-Planning
NEW YORK - Dec 14/04 - SNS -- Ismael Roig has been named ADM's Vice President-Planning and Business Development in the Corporate Finance department.
In this newly-created position, Roig will be focused on ADM's capital allocation framework, tracking the appropriate performance metrics for the Company's operations, and providing the financial analysis in support of future capital spending and acquisitions.
Roig is joining the Company after spending eleven years with General Motors Corporation in various finance and control positions. Most recently, he was the Controller at General Motors do Brasil in São Paulo. Roig joined GM's Corporate Treasury function in 1993 and held several positions, which included assignments in New York, Singapore and Brussels.
