Markets Feel Weight of Record Pea Harvests
VANCOUVER - Dec 10/04 - SNS -- Canadian field pea markets are finally starting to respond to that country's record high production and surprisingly low demand.
Trading levels for all classes of field peas declined during the past week as field pea markets struggle to find a price at which major new demand will emerge.
