Brearton is Kraft's Controller
NEW YORK - Dec 8/04 - SNS -- Kraft Foods Inc. named David Brearton Senior Vice President, Business Process Simplification (BPS) & Corporate Controller.
Brearton, currently Senior Vice President Finance, Kraft International Commercial, will report to Roger Deromedi, Kraft's Chief Executive Officer, in his BPS role, and to Jim Dollive, Chief Financial Officer, for his Controller responsibilities.
Brearton will replace Jack Mowrer, 55, who is retiring as Senior Vice President & Controller, effective March 1, 2005, after more than 30 years with the company.
