Marrowfat Trade Shifts Away From UK
VANCOUVER - Dec 4/04 - SNS -- The focus of major marrowfat pea importers has shifted away from the United Kingdom to Canada and New Zealand, according to the latest market update from the British Edible Pulse Association (BEPA).
"Japan and China have virtually withdrawn from UK business and orders have been lost to Canada, despite reports of their samples needing multiple cleaning," BEPA said.
