Below Average Special Crop QualityREGINA - Dec 4/04 - SNS -- Despite all the problems during the growing season, preliminary grade estimates by Saskatchewan Agriculture, Food and Rural Revitalization show the quality of this year's harvest is somewhat better than that experienced in 2002. Even so, the quality of the crop is significantly below recent and long term averages, with most of the crop falling into the No 2 or lower grade fractions.
