ADMIS Changes Management Team
NEW YORK - Dec 1/04 - SNS -- Richard Dodson was named President of ABM Investor Services effective February 1, 2005.
Following a transition period with the current President, Paul L. Krug, Jr., Dodson will be responsible for the overall management of ABM Investor Services.
Dodson joined ABM in 1975 after the purchase of Tabor Grain and has held various positions within ABM Investor Services including Controller and Senior Vice President.
After February 1, 2005, Krug will continue to serve the Company on assignments relating to ABM’s business at the Chicago Board of Trade. Krug joined ABM in 1991 from Continental Grain Company.
