Parkland Pays $200,000 Settlement
REGINA - Nov 24/04 - SNS -- Parkland Agri Services of Didsbury, Alberta will pay almost $200,000 in an out of court settlement with Proven Seed and SeCan Association.
Parkland was sued for the unauthorized sale of common planting seed from varieties protected by Plant Breeders Rights.
