Chickpeas Continue to Firm
VANCOUVER - Nov 19/04 - SNS -- North American chickpea markets continue to firm during the past week, with supply remaining well behind the interest of importers around the world.
This helped lift nominal week ending market values for 8mm and 9mm kabuli chickpeas in Canada; and is helping sustain U.S. asking prices at relatively high levels.
