Chickpea Supply Lags Demand
VANCOUVER - Nov 12/04 - SNS -- North American chickpea markets finished the week's trading with few changes as available supplies of good quality product remain behind the needs of the market.
This continues to fuel higher grower bid levels in Mexico, the United States and Canada. This is reflected in higher average grower bid levels in western Canada than have been seen in the past two to four years.
