Canadian Egg Production Declines
OTTAWA - Nov 9/04 - SNS -- Canadian egg production maintained its downward trend through September, according to the latest data available from Statistics Canada.
Egg production, was estimated at 44.4 million dozen in September, down 6.9% from September 2003 and down 3.3% from August. Poultry meat production reached 95.9 million kilograms in September, up 3.6 from September 2003
