Field Pea Finish on Quiet Note
VANCOUVER - Nov 5/04 - SNS -- Field pea markets finished the week's trading on a relatively quiet note, with offerings from growers and processors keeping pace with the needs of exporters.
Some tightness in processing capacity was detected in the United States. The USDA was unable to buy 1,500 metric tons (MT) of green split and 250 MT of yellow split peas on the latest food aid tender.
