Steady Demand Supports Lentils
VANCOUVER - Nov 5/04 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week's trading on a firmer note, helped by ongoing commercial demand and food aid buying in the United States.
The USDA confirmed the purchase of 5,000 metric tons (MT) of No 3 or better lentils for shipment in December.
