USDA Cuts Small Red bean TenderKANSAS CITY - Nov 1/04 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here cancelled its request for offers of small red beans from USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 114. The change eliminates a request for 150 metric tons (MT) of small red beans for shipment to Honduras in December. The change does not affect the 19,490 MT of peas, lentils and pinto beans sought under terms of the invitation.
