USDA Crop Report Supports BeansVANCOUVER - Oct 15/04 - SNS -- North American dry edible bean markets were supported by the latest USDA crop production estimates, which confirmed the extent of damage to crops in North Dakota and Minnesota. This year's harvest is the smallest since 1988, at an estimated 847,886 metric tons (MT). This is well below last year's domestic and export disappearance level of 1.127 million MT.
