Easy Part of Pea Harvest Done
VANCOUVER - Sep 24/04 - SNS -- The Canadian field pea harvest is almost 80% complete, but processors worry the last fraction of the harvest will be slow coming off fields.
Ongoing cool and damp weather conditions will cause some fields to be converted to uses such as forage and/or green manure instead of harvested as peas.
