Heinz Declares Dividend
NEW YORK - Sep 8/04 - SNS -- The H.J. Heinz Company declared quarterly dividends for common and preferred stock.
Common stock holders will receive a 28.5 cents per share on the company's 25 cent par value Common Stock payable October 10, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2004.
Preferred stock holders will receive 42.5 cents per share on the company's Third Cumulative Preferred Stock, $1.70 First Series, payable October 1, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2004.
