Modest Decline in Bean Crop ConditionWASHINGTON - Sep 7/04 - SNS -- The condition of dry edible beans continued to decline during the past week, despite generally favorable weather conditions in most producing areas. In reporting states, conditions are rated best in Colorado, Washington, and Wyoming; and poorest in Minnesota, where 27% of the crop is rated very poor, 18% poor, 34% fair and 21% good.
