Canaryseed Leads Birdseeds HigherVANCOUVER - Sep 3/04 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets continued to strengthen during the past week, led higher by Canadian canaryseed. Markets in the United States were not as strong. Millet finished the week unchanged, but firmer against concerns about the size of the harvest in North Dakota and the northern tier of South Dakota. Confectionary sunflower markets were steady, while oil sunflower markets were stronger in sympathy with soybean markets on the Chicago Board of Trade.
