Condition of U.S. Beans DeclinesWASHINGTON - Aug 30/04 - SNS -- The condition of dry edible beans generally declined in the United States during the past week on account of the previous week's frost events in North Dakota and Minnesota. In reporting states, conditions are rated best in Washington, Wyoming, and Montana; and poorest in Minnesota, where 20% of the crop is rated very poor, 25% poor, 33% fair and 20% good.
