Poultry Supplies Down 2% in JulyWASHINGTON - Aug 20/04 - SNS -- Total frozen poultry supplies on July 31, 2004 were 2% lower than the previous month and 3% lower than a year ago at 1,320 million pounds, according to the latest stocks in cold storage report from the USDA. Within the category, stocks of chicken were down 5% from the previous month, but 13% higher than last year at 716 million pounds.
