Harvest Activity Sinks Spot Lentils
VANCOUVER - Aug 6/04 - SNS -- Spot markets for North American lentils were generally lower as reports of harvest activity in Canada and ongoing harvests in the United States.
While little new crop product is ready to ship, its pending availability makes it hard for processors and exporters to extract significant premiums for spot shipment.
