ADM Issues Dividend
NEW YORK - Aug 6/04 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company declared a cash dividend of seven and one-half cents a share on the Company’s stock payable September 10, 2004 to Shareholders of record August 20, 2004.
This is ADM’s 311th cash dividend and 291st consecutive quarterly payment. As of July 31, 2004 there were 650,935,640 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
