ADM, Johnson Create Skyland Grain
NEW YORK - Aug 3/04 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) and Johnson Cooperative Grain Company, Inc. have formed a new joint venture company called Skyland Grain, LLC, to operate the local grain, agronomy and petroleum divisions of the two companies.
The agreement came into effect August 1. Under it, Skyland Grain will operate both ADM’s and Johnson’s facilities in Big Bow, Johnson and Manter, Kansas in addition to Johnson's facilities in Walsh, Saunders and Buckeye, Colorado.
