Turkey Expects 930,000 MT Cotton CropANKARA - Jul 12/04 - SNS -- Turkey is looking for cotton production to increase slightly this year to an estimated 930,000 metric tons (MT) from 720,000 hectares. Last year's harvest totalled 900,000 MT from 710,000 hectares. The latest estimate is consistent with medium term industry outlooks, which range between 900,000 MT and 1 million MT during the next three years depending on market and weather conditions.
